Q. Where can I find a brochure for the Arvest Rewards Program?
Arvest Rewards brochures are available in all branches or you can print a Corporate/Business or Consumer Program brochure.

Q. What is the fee for Arvest Rewards?
A fee of $24.95 for Personal and $49.95 for Corporate/Business accounts. The fee is charged annually on the anniversary date. Fees will charge to a transaction account or an SBC credit card, whichever is chosen at time of setup.

Q. How will I earn points?
Points are earned for signature based transactions only on both Arvest credit cards and Arvest Credit debit cards. ATM and pin based transactions DO NOT qualify for Arvest Rewards Points. Travellers check purchases, balance transfer checks, and cash advances DO NOT qualify for Arvest Rewards points. Credit card transactions earn 1 point for every $1 of net purchases and debit card transactions earn 1 point for every $3 of net purchases. Note that use of overdraft limit will also earn points. Accumulated points will be posted in the beginning part of the calendar month.

Q. If I have both corporate and personal cards, how are points pooled?
Personal card points go into a personal pool; corporate card points go into a corporate pool. Corporate and personal pooled points cannot be combined.

Q. How will I know how many points I have?
You will receive quarterly statements to keep track of the points you’ve earned. You may also check your point status online at www.arvestrewards.com and click on the Arvest Rewards program link, or call Arvest Rewards customer service at 1-877-994-0839.

Q. When are the points updated?
Points are updated monthly, usually by the 15th of the following month.

Q. How do I redeem points?
Simply go to the applicable rewards page (click the button(s) above) and select the award you would like. Merchant rewards are mailed directly to you. Travel awards will issue a confirmation number with instructions. You may also call the Arvest Rewards redemption center at (877)994-0839 to redeem your points.

Q. What happens to my points if I decide to close my account?
As long as a relationship is maintained at Arvest, closed accounts / cards do not lose points.

Q. How long can I accumulate points?
Points will accrue as per the Program Rules, and will expire on a first-in, first-out basis i.e. points earned in calendar year one will expire on December, 31 of calendar year three.

Q. How are merchant gift cards/certificates delivered?
Merchant gift cards/certificates are shipped via US Postal service first class mail. For security reasons, orders valued at $300 or more are usually sent by USPS Priority mail (excluding electronic certificates).
